⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If I could give GWM Autostrada more than five stars, I honestly would. After a disappointing experience with another dealership where communication went nowhere for weeks, getting in touch with GWM Autostrada was like night and day. I sent an enquiry through their website on a Sunday, and early the next morning I had a thoughtful reply that clearly showed they had actually read what I’d written. Within a day, everything was moving forward. They were responsive, clear, and transparent from the very beginning. A huge thank you to Ben, Chris and SPECIAL MENTION TO JOE ⭐️⭐️⭐️. Chris has honestly set the standard for customer service. I don’t think I’ve ever dealt with someone who responds to emails and messages so quickly. Every question I had was answered clearly, and I never felt like I was chasing anyone for an update. You can tell he genuinely cares about making sure customers understand everything. What really convinced me that this dealership is different happened before I had even collected my Haval. They had kindly organised a loan car for me, but unfortunately it developed a problem on the first evening. I sent a message expecting to hear back the next day, but Joe called me that same night from home to check that I was okay. Then first thing the next morning, he drove out with another loan car and sorted everything without making me feel like I was a burden. That level of care is hard to find these days. At no point did I feel like I was just another sale. Everyone I dealt with was genuine, approachable and happy to help. They communicated well, kept their word, and made the whole experience far less stressful than it could have been. I absolutely love my Haval H6, but what I’ll remember just as much is how I was treated throughout the whole process. Thank you, Ben, Chris, Joe and the entire GWM Autostrada team. You’ve earned my trust, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking for a dealership that genuinely looks after its customers.
