New Update - January 2026 I wanted to take the time to update my review, as it's only fair to reflect our most recent experience as well. After purchasing the GWM Ora, we unfortunately encountered unexpected issues with the vehicle. Throughout this time, GWM and the Autostrada team were consistently supportive, taking genuine care to investigate and attempt to resolve the concerns. We were also provided with loan vehicles, ensuring we were never left without transport during the process. Following ongoing assessment and open, honest discussions, a decision was made for a full vehicle replacement, which was handled with professionalism, transparency, and care from start to finish. We chose to move into the Haval H6 Ultra HEV, and Autostrada took care of absolutely everything for us, making the entire transition seamless and stress-free. Joe was exceptional throughout the entire journey. His communication was calm, clear and proactive, and he made sure we felt informed, reassured, and genuinely supported at every single stage. What could have been a very stressful situation was managed with empathy and integrity, and we truly felt looked after as customers. Thank you so much, Joe. I don’t feel pressured at all by the dealers and we had a wonderful dealer named John. He is a sweetheart who showed us the car we were interested in, let us test drive and answered all our questions that we had. He made us feel extremely comfortable and relaxed through the entire process. We wanted to go home and have a chat first before we made any decisions and there was no hassle at all! We ended up calling John back within the hour and said we want the car. We came back the next morning, sorted out finance and got approved that afternoon! It was the quickest process I’ve ever gone through. The financier Zlatko was absolutely wonderful through the service as well. Within 3 days we received our brand new GWM Ora GT and we are so in love, this was the most comfortable, laid back and quickest car purchase I’ve ever had. I recently purchased my new Haval H6 Hybrid from Autostrada GWM Bentley after spending around four months researching and visiting different dealerships. Coming from a customer service background myself and running a small business, how we were treated without pressure or sales tactics was absolutely paramount. I knew I would buy from the people who felt the most genuine. After visiting several car yards and even following up with another dealership that never returned my call (and ultimately lost the sale), we met Ben and Joe at GWM Bentley. From the very first interaction, I felt completely at ease. I never felt like I was being “sold to.” During the test drive, Ben was refreshingly honest pointing out both the positives and the negatives of the car and offering objective opinions. The positives far outweighed the negatives, and we also ended up trading in my car. Ben assured us that all discounts would be passed on, and true to his word, we received a revised invoice with a lower price. When we collected the car, Ben spent a generous amount of time with us going through every function to make sure we were confident and comfortable before driving away. He made himself completely accessible and let us know he was always available if we had any questions. The whole experience genuinely felt like dealing with a friend rather than a salesperson. We’ve had the car for a week now and absolutely love it. I highly recommend Autostrada GWM Bentley outstanding service from start to finish.
